Did you know you can create personalized workflow stages for tasks assigned to you in the Odoo’s Project app?
When you access your tasks through the Project > Tasks > My Tasks
menu, they are displayed in a Kanban view, organized by custom stages.
By default, the following stages are available:
- Inbox
- Today
- This Week
- This Month
- Later
- Done
- Cancelled
But you can modify these stages or create new ones to suit your workflow.
While many of the default stage names are time-related, tasks are not grouped by specific dates in this view. Instead, tasks assigned to you are automatically placed into the first available personal stage.
